Description: The main purpose of this section is to display a list of Voicemail boxes created within your account that are eligible for reconfiguration.
Despite having a user interface that resembles the Voicemail Tab of the Seat Section, the Voicemail Section only displays a full list of all Voicemail boxes created under your account rather than only displaying those assigned to the selected Seat.
Within the Voicemail Section, it is not possible to create new Voicemail boxes under your account. Its sole purpose is to allow the reconfiguration of existing Voicemail boxes.
The Voicemail Section consists of two main interface elements:
- The Search Bar: it is used to search a specific Voicemail box by either its name, number or the Seat to which it has been assigned.
- The Table of Existing Voicemail Boxes: it displays a comprehensive list of all the Voicemail Boxes ever created under your account.
Clicking on the Pencil icon will open a new window displaying the configurable parameters of the selected Voicemail Box.
The following article is focused on the single tab containing parameters that can be configured for the selected Voicemail Box.
