Ooma Release Notes
Version 1.3.23 (January 27, 2026)
Overview:
It’s been some time since the previous release, and this update is focused on improving device and seat management, enhancing callflow, voicemail, and conference functionality, fixing multiple bugs across the Phone System, Advanced Provisioner, and Accounts apps, and introducing new features like conference creation and the “Alert Info” callflow action block implementation.
New Features:
- Alert Info Action Block (Nemo-2640): added the “Alert Info” action block to the Callflows section in the Phone System app’s call flow editor.
- Conference Creation in Phone System App (Nemo-2693): added the ability to create new conferences in the Conference section of the Phone System app and assign/reassign them to the current Seat or another user.
- Voicemail Assignment in Phone System App (Nemo-2696): enabled creation of new conferences in the Voicemails section and assignment/reassignment of configured voicemail boxes to the current Seat or another user.
Improvements:
- Log Files Download Tooltip (Nemo-1712): updated the Advanced Provisioner app so that the “Log Files” download button is disabled when no log files are available, with a tooltip stating “No log file available.”
- Alphabetical Sorting in Media Selection (Nemo-2584): updated the “Add Media” dialog in the Phone System app to sort all files in the media selection fields alphabetically.
- Proxy Field URL Flexibility (Nemo-2644): in the PBX Connector app, the trunk “Proxy” field now accepts URLs without requiring http or https.
- Voicemail Box Display Format (Nemo-2683): updated the “Voicemail Box” field in the “Voicemail” action block (Callflows section, Phone System app) to show available voicemail boxes in the format: extension, first last name.
- Port Assignment Synchronization (Nemo-2678): fixed port assignment/reassignment between the Phone System and Advanced Provisioner apps so changes in one app are reflected in the other.
- Emergency Caller ID Number List (Nemo-2526): in the Accounts app, the “Select In-use number” field in the Emergency Caller ID section now displays the correct list of available numbers.
Fixes:
- ATA Port Data Reset on Seat Deletion (Nemo-2735): fixed a bug in the Seats section of the Phone System app where deleting a seat with ATA ports did not reset the associated ATA port data.
- ATA Device Port Edit Display (Nemo-2740): resolved a UI issue in the Seats section of the Phone System app where changes to ATA device ports did not appear until the page was reloaded.
- Media File Size Error Message (Nemo-2492): fixed the “Add Media” dialog in the Phone System app to display a proper error comment when an attached file exceeds the maximum size.
- Token Expiration Redirect (Nemo-2539): resolved an issue where users are now redirected to the login page when their token expires.
- ATA Ports Table Display (Nemo-2659): fixed an issue in the Devices section (Phone System app) where the ATA ports table showed incorrect information when editing certain ports until the page was reloaded.
- Callflows Table Rows Parameter (Nemo-2702): resolved an issue in the Callflows section (Phone System app) where the “Rows per page” parameter disappeared from the table of call flows.
- Seat Creation Bug Fix (Nemo-2720): fixed an issue in the Seats section (Phone System app) that prevented creating new user seats due to an error in the Devices tab.
