Version 1.3.3 (April 15, 2025)
Overview:
It’s been some time since the previous release, and this update includes branding updates, UI fixes, and improvements to call flows.
Improvements:
- Unity Connected Solutions Branding for Favicon (Nemo-2522): the favicon now reflects Unity Connected Solutions branding for a consistent visual identity.
- Optional Presence ID in Callflows (Nemo-2473): in the Callflows section of the Phone System app, the Presence ID parameter of the Login Agent Action is now optional.
Fixes:
- Call Center Dashboard Metric Fix (Nemo-2491): fixed the incorrect display of the average waiting time for agents on the Call Center dashboard.
