The Voicemail Section. The Greeting Media Tab

Description: This section allows you to reconfigure both a primary voicemail message and an override slot.

Here you can reconfigure the primary voicemail message and an override slot of the Voicemail Box selected in the Table of Existing Voicemail Boxes located in the Voicemail Section of the Phone System App:

• Unavailable message: by using this field, you can reselect a primary voicemail message. Upon clicking the field, a pop-up list will appear containing all available options.

• Temporary message: this field is an override slot where you can designate a temporary voicemail message. Upon clicking the field, a pop-up list will appear containing all available options.

All voicemail messages included in these fields are pre-configured and uploaded to the Media Tab of the Phone System App. 

To remove a previously selected media file for your primary voicemail message or override slot, simply click on the X badge next to its name.

Once you have changed some parameters, do not forget to click the "SAVE" button to apply the changes.

The Phone System App will display a green badge with an exclamation mark next to any field that has been modified.  

The Phone System App will notify you that leaving the page will result in the loss of any unsaved changes.
