Adding a New User. The Voicemail Tab Overview

Description: The main purpose of this tab is to display a list of Voicemail boxes linked to the configured User.

The Voicemail Tab consists of two main interface elements:

• The Table of Existing Voicemail Boxes: as the User tab is the initial tab that one can access, you get access to the Voicemail tab only upon completing all the mandatory fields in the User tab. Therefore, the Voicemail tab will feature a line indicating the voicemail box linked to the extension number you have entered in the User tab.  

To add more Voicemail Boxes to the User, you can click on the "Add Voicemail" button mentioned below and proceed with the steps.

• The action button: this button enables you to add devices of different types to the User.

Upon clicking the "Add Voicemail" button, a new window will appear in the tab, allowing you to navigate through five sections for configuring the recently generated Voicemail Box.
