Description: Overview of the applications available in the Admin Portal.   


To access the list of apps integrated with Ooma Enterprise, click on the "Apps" button located on the top horizontal menu bar of the Admin Portal. This will redirect you to another page where you can find all the available Apps. 

Currently, the Admin Portal has full integration with three apps. However, the number of fully integrated apps is expected to increase gradually in the future.


Let's take a look at the apps and give a brief overview of their purpose and functionalities, along with links to the corresponding sections of this Knowledge Base for further reference.


  • Accounts: this app allows users to create and manage user accounts within the Ooma Enterprise system. Moreover, the app enables you to input specific details such as contact information and caller IDs, as well as establish certain parameters like call restrictions and carrier options that affect the available features of newly created accounts.

  • Numbers: this app allows users to purchase numbers that can be assigned to designated seats for use in call flows, while also providing the ability to add service information (for 911 services) to them, including mandatory fields that need to be completed.

  • Phone System: this is the primary app of the Ooma Enterprise system. It is responsible for creating seats and linking them to accounts, numbers, devices, groups, and other system units. These elements can then be used to create call flows. Additionally, the application offers a dashboard for analyzing data and functionality for submitting tickets.
