Description: The Phone System App is the primary application of the Ooma Enterprise system.

The Phone System App is a cloud-based phone system suitable for businesses of all sizes, commonly referred to as Ooma PBX. It provides a comprehensive solution for managing a company's phone system from any location, using any device connected to the Internet. The app includes a range of features such as call routing, voicemail, call forwarding, call screening, and many others.

The Phone System App is the default app of the Ooma Enterprise system. It is responsible for creating seats and linking them to accounts, numbers, devices, groups, and other system units. These elements can then be used to create call flows. Additionally, the application offers a dashboard for analyzing data and functionality for submitting tickets.

Typically, businesses use the Phone System App in conjunction with the Accounts and Number Apps to configure a range of settings related to their accounts, seats, phone numbers, and call flow routes. By utilizing all these apps in tandem, users can set various parameters that ensure their phone system is tailored to their specific needs. For instance, they can assign phone numbers to specific users or departments, create a call flow for direct incoming calls to the right person, and set up voicemail and call forwarding rules. Overall, these apps provide a comprehensive suite of tools that enable businesses to manage their phone system with ease and efficiency.
