General Framework. Log in to the Admin Portal

Description: How to access the Admin Portal (Management Console) of the Ooma Enterprise system. 

To begin using the Ooma Enterprise Admin Portal, you can access the web page through this provided link. Once you reach the web page, you will be greeted with an interface that looks similar to the screenshot below.

Once you have entered the necessary information such as your Username, Password, and Account Name, you can easily gain access to the Admin Portal after clicking the "Sign In" button. 

You can choose to select the "Remember Me" checkbox, which will enable the system to automatically log you in during future visits or sessions without the need to enter your login credentials again. It's important to note that this feature is not mandatory and is entirely up to your discretion.

By selecting the "Log in with email (SAML SSO)" option, you can gain access to the system using your company’s corporate email address. Your organization must have enabled Single Sign On (SSO) to use this feature.  

SAML SSO (Security Assertion Markup Language Single Sign-On) is a technology used for authentication and authorization that enables users to access multiple applications and services using a single set of login credentials. 

Upon selecting this option, you will be directed to a page where you will need to enter your Ooma corporate email address.

 Once you have entered your email address and clicked on the "Log in" button, you will be granted access to the Admin Portal. 

If you cannot recall your login details, you have the option to reset your password by selecting the "Forgot your info?" option. 

 Upon selecting this option, you will be prompted to enter your Username and Account Name. 

If you happen to remember your password while in the process of resetting it, you can easily return to the login page by selecting the "Sign In" option.  

However, if you are unable to recall your password, you should enter the necessary user credentials and, if your account exists in the system, you will receive further instructions via email. 

Once you have successfully reset your password, you will be directed back to the main login page. From there, you can gain access to the Ooma Enterprise Admin Portal by entering all the necessary login details.
