Advanced Analytics Login Process

Advanced Analytics is a portal, specifically designed for end-users to access and use. This user guide will provide you with instructions on logging in to Advanced Analytics.

Getting Access to the Portal

There are two ways of getting access to Advanced Analytics: 

• Via the link.
• Via the Ooma Enterprise Admin Portal.

Let’s examine each method separately.

Accessing Advanced Analytics via the link

To log in Advanced Analytics, use this link. As you go through the login procedure, you should input your credentials to gain access to the system.

The credentials you need to enter here are the ones you set when you received a confirmation email to verify your identity and activate your account after it was created by your company's admin.

Then, you will be presented with a selection prompt to choose the account you intend to log in to. In most instances, there will only be one option available in the drop-down list. However, if you are engaged in activities associated with multiple organizations that use Advanced Analytics, you may find multiple accounts listed in the drop-down menu.

Once you click the "Continue" button, the authorization process will initiate, and upon completion, you will be directed to the interface of Advanced Analytics. 

Accessing Advanced Analytics via the OE Admin Portal

You can also access Advanced Analytics via the Ooma Enterprise Admin portal. To do so, simply log in to the Ooma Enterprise Admin portal using this link. 

Next, on the top horizontal menu of the portal, locate and select the "Apps" button. 

This will redirect you to a page where you will find a list of available apps for the portal. Locate and choose the Advanced Reporting App.

Upon clicking on its icon, you will gain access to Advanced Analytics.
