Overview of the User Interface within Advanced Analytics

Description: The purpose of this article is to provide a detailed overview of the Ooma Enterprise Advanced Analytics interface.



Advanced Analytics serves as the primary digital workspace for end-users involved in call analytics. Within this portal, users can access various tools and features to efficiently manage and supervise their call analytics.


Upon launching, the interface of Advanced Analytics is divided into three primary sections.

  • The Top Panel: at the topmost section of the application, there is a panel that displays the current path to the feature being displayed in the main space of the app.

This path is interactive and clickable, enabling users to navigate through each step of the route by simply clicking on it.

  • The main space of the app: the main objective of this section is to display the selected feature from the left-hand menu of the portal, as chosen by the user.

By default, the "Home" page is presented in this area.

  • The left-hand menu: this section contains a comprehensive list of features accessible to the user.
