Description: The purpose of this article is to provide a detailed overview of the process for linking clients through the Username section of Ooma Enterprise Advanced Analytics.

Advanced Analytics serves as the primary digital workspace for end-users involved in call analytics. Within this portal, users can access various tools and features to efficiently manage and supervise their call analytics.

Once you are within the "Settings" section of Advanced Analytics, navigate to the Username section in the newly introduced left-hand menu of the "Settings" section. Clicking on it will open the corresponding page.

When you click on your Username, a pop-up menu will appear. Let's examine each line of this menu.

  • My Profile
  • About: in this section, you have the ability to configure or modify various basic parameters of your profile, including the display name, email address, phone number, and language. Moreover, you can upload a profile picture to personalize your account further.

  • Security: within this section, you have the option to activate a two-factor authorization. To enable this feature, simply click the "enable two-factor authorization" button and follow the provided instructions.

  • Tenant Logins: this page displays a comprehensive list of all the accounts linked to your profile. If you have multiple accounts, you can designate one of them as the primary account. The non-primary accounts can be unlinked.

  • Diagnostic Info: when you click on this button, a pop-up dialog menu will appear on the right side of the window, displaying diagnostic information pertaining to your user profile.

  • Link Client: selecting this option will redirect you to a separate browser page displaying the login interface of Advanced Analytics. There, you will need to enter the user code that will be shown on your device.

For detailed instructions on the process of linking clients, which is also available by selecting the "Real-time Clients" section of the left-hand menu, please refer to the article accessible through this link.

  • Logout: By choosing this option, you will initiate a logout from Advanced Analytics.
