Description: The purpose of this article is to provide a detailed overview of the Home Page of Ooma Enterprise Advanced Analytics.


Advanced Analytics serves as the primary digital workspace for end-users involved in call analytics. To log in Advanced Analytics, use this linkWithin this portal, users can access various tools and features to efficiently manage and supervise their call analytics.


Upon launching, the "Home" page is presented in the main space of the app by default. All the presented information is divided into two primary sections.

  • Favorites: this section highlighted with a blue frame compiles a collection of Dashboards, Wallboards, Reports, Filters, or Schedules that the user has designated as "favorites" by selecting the Star badge next to the desired dashboards, wallboards, and so on.

To access the list of favorite items, you can navigate to the "Favorites" page located in the left-hand menu, which will redirect you to a dedicated page for this specific purpose. The corresponding section of the left-hand menu is also highlighted with a blue frame.


  • Recent Items: this section highlighted with a red frame contains the most recent Dashboards, Wallboards, Reports, Filters, or Schedules that the user has recently interacted with. 


Each Item Card contains details such as the item's name, the workspace in which it was accessed, the date of the most recent interaction, and a small badge indicating the item's type (Dashboard, Report, Filter, etc.). To access the list of recent items, you can navigate to the "Recent" page located in the left-hand menu, which will redirect you to a dedicated page for this specific purpose. The corresponding section of the left-hand menu is also highlighted with a red frame.
