Description: The purpose of this article is to provide a detailed overview of the Favorites section of Ooma Enterprise Advanced Analytics.


Advanced Analytics serves as the primary digital workspace for end-users involved in call analytics. Within this portal, users can access various tools and features to efficiently manage and supervise their call analytics.


When you click on the respective option in the left-hand menu, the main space of the app will display the "Favorites" page.


Here, you will find a compilation of Dashboards, Wallboards, Reports, Filters, or Schedules that you have marked as "favorites" by selecting the Star badge beside the desired items such as dashboards, wallboards, and more.


Unlike the "Favorites" section on the Home page, the list of favorite items presented here does not impose any limitations on the number of items displayed. Additionally, there is a Search bar available that allows you to locate a specific item in the list by its name.
