Description: The purpose of this article is to provide a detailed overview of the Recent section of Ooma Enterprise Advanced Analytics.
Advanced Analytics serves as the primary digital workspace for end-users involved in call analytics. Within this portal, users can access various tools and features to efficiently manage and supervise their call analytics.
When you click on the respective option in the left-hand menu, the main space of the app will display the "Recent" page.
Here, you will find the most recent Dashboards, Wallboards, Reports, Filters, or Schedules that the user has recently interacted with.
Unlike the "Recent" section on the Home page, the list of favorite items presented here does not impose any limitations on the number of items displayed. Furthermore, all the recent items are presented in a tabular format within this section.
In addition to having access to the item's name, workspace, and the date of the last access, you can also view the "Favorite" column, which indicates whether an item has been marked as a "favorite" or not. This column is interactive, allowing you to manually toggle the status by clicking on the Star badge located in the respective row.
By doing so, the item will be added or removed from the "Favorites" page in Advanced Analytics.
Additionally, there is a Search bar available that allows you to locate a specific item in the list by its name.
