Description: The primary purpose of the Numbers App is to allow users to purchase numbers that can be assigned to designated Seats for use in call flows, while also providing the ability to add service information (for 911 services) to them, including mandatory fields that need to be completed.
Numbers Application Interface Overview
The Numbers app consists of two primary tabs for users to work with:
Numbers In Use: this tab displays a list of all numbers that are currently in use, along with any associated data.
Spare Numbers: this tab lists all numbers that have been purchased by the user's account and also includes a button to purchase additional numbers.
When first accessing the Numbers App, it is likely that both tabs will not have any information. Recommended to start working with the Spare Numbers Tab for buying numbers.
