To use this feature, you can access a dedicated app within the Ooma Enterprise ecosystem. To begin, simply log in to the Ooma Enterprise Admin portal using this link.

Next, on the top horizontal menu of the portal, locate and select the "Apps" button.

This will redirect you to a page where you will find a list of available apps for the portal. Locate and choose the Call Recording App.

As evident, the storage is named identically to the Account Realm of your Ooma Enterprise account. You can locate this information on the Ooma Enterprise Admin Portal's Dashboard.

Click on the "Stored Recordings" tab to access a section where you will find the table of recorded calls. This table holds recordings for all users associated with your Ooma Enterprise account for whom the call recording feature is enabled.
