Description: The purpose of this article is to provide a detailed overview of the process for creating Stat Tiles through the Dashboards section of Ooma Enterprise Advanced Analytics.

After configuring the basic parameters of a newly created View, you can proceed to populate this View with Stat Tiles.

Initially, the View will be empty. To add a Stat Tile, click the "Add Tile" button.

Up to 64 Stat Tiles can be added to a View.

After the button is pressed, a pop-up dialog menu will appear on the right-hand side of the window. In this menu, you can define the basic parameters for the newly created Stat Tile, which will then be added to the configured View.

In the first step of configuring a new Stat Tile, you need to select one Tile Type from the following list of eight options.

  • Single Stat: within the presented form, you will have the option to choose a field, and its corresponding value will be displayed on the newly created Stat Tile.

When you disable the "Hide intercom statistics" checkbox, extra field categories will become visible on the left side of the form.

By clicking on the field categories located on the left side of the form, they will expand to reveal lists of available fields. It is possible to select only one field at a time.

Once you click the "Save" button, the newly created Stat Tile will be displayed on the configured View. It's important to note that the tile will adjust to occupy all the available space.

  • Circular Gauge: within the presented form, you will have the option to choose a field, and its corresponding value will be displayed as a Circular Gauge / Activity Ring Chart on the newly created Stat Tile.

By clicking on the field categories located on the left side of the form, they will expand to reveal lists of available fields. It is possible to select only one field at a time.

Once you click the "Save" button, the newly created Stat Tile will be displayed on the configured View.

As you can see, the positions of the Tiles on the View are automatically anchored to the top of the Dashboard because of the "Anchor tiles to the top" parameter that has been enabled during the Dashboard creation.

  • Multi-Stat List: within the presented form, you will have the option to choose up to 10 fields, and their respective values will be displayed as a list on the newly created Stat Tile.

If you mistakenly selected an incorrect field, you can remove it from the right column by clicking on the X badge next to the selected field. Then, you can choose the correct field from the left column.

The time interval and duration for the chart can be modified for each individual tile.

In case you are dissatisfied with the placement of a new Stat Tile on the Dashboard, you have the option to resize any Stat Tile by clicking on the double-sided arrow badge on the tile and dragging it to the side to adjust its size.

By using this method, you can customize the positions of Stat Tiles on the Dashboard according to your preference.

  • User Status Grid: when you choose this specific Type of Stat Tile, it will come with 9 pre-selected fields that offer information about the current status of all users in the system, including summarized data on call participation.

You have the flexibility to include additional fields or remove 7 of the automatically assigned fields from the configured Stat Tile. By clicking on the field categories located on the left side of the form, they will expand to reveal lists of available fields. It is possible to select up to 20 fields, which includes 2 fields that cannot be deleted. If you mistakenly selected an incorrect field, you can remove it from the right column by clicking on the X badge next to the selected field. Then, you can choose the correct field from the left column.

Once you click the "Save" button, the newly created Stat Tile will be displayed on the configured View.

It is important to note that only one Stat Tile of the "User Status Grid" type can be placed on the configured View.

  • Unreturned Calls Grid: upon selecting this particular Type, a new Stat Tile will be added to the Dashboard without any initial field selection. This grid serves as an extension of the unreturned abandoned calls report, offering an updated list of unreturned calls
The reason for the absence of field choice during the creation of this Stat Tile is that all available fields for this specific Stat Tile Type have already been included. However, you have the option to remove one or multiple fields by editing the properties of the Stat Tile.

If you want to learn how to edit the time interval and duration for the chart, detailed instructions will be provided in the corresponding article. A link to this article will be included at the end of the current article.

It is important to note that only one Stat Tile of the "Unreturned Calls Grid" type can be placed on the configured View.

  • Image: within the presented form, you will have the option to add a URL to the image of your choice that will be displayed on the newly created Stat Tile.

Once you click the "Save" button, the newly created Stat Tile with the image will be displayed on the configured View. As you can see, the sizes of previously displayed Tiles on the View will automatically adjust to accommodate the newly added Stat Tile.

You not only have the ability to resize the Stat Tiles but also to replace them throughout the entire configured View. To do so, unlock the View, click on a Tile, hold down the left mouse button, and drag the Tile to a different location on the View. This allows all the Tiles to be rearranged with their neighboring Tiles.
