Description: The purpose of this article is to provide a detailed overview of the process for creating Views through the Wallboards section of Ooma Enterprise Advanced Analytics.
Once you are within the "Wallboards" section of Advanced Analytics, navigate to the top panel on the displayed wallboard.
Click on the View Selector to open the dropdown menu, and from there, choose the "Create New View" option.
Upon selecting the "Create New View" option, a pop-up dialog menu will appear on the right-hand side of the window. This menu allows you to set the basic parameters of the newly created View.
- Name: here you can set the name for the newly created View.
- Layout Options: the layout options of a Wallboard provide a certain level of control over the Stat Tiles grid layout.
- Dynamic: the system automatically manages the number of rows and columns. As new Stat Tiles are added, the row and column count will be adjusted dynamically for optimal fitting.
- Fixed Rows: the number of rows in the view will remain fixed at a specific value. However, as new Stat Tiles are added, the number of columns will dynamically increase.
- Fixed Columns: the number of columns in the view will remain fixed at a specific value. However, as new Stat Tiles are added, the number of rows will dynamically increase.
- Color mode: the color mode only impacts the default appearance of new Stat Tiles added to a View. Colors are randomly assigned to align with the configured color mode. After being added to a View, the appearance of Stat Tiles can be customized as needed, overriding the color mode if desired.
Once you have completed configuring the basic parameters, click the "Create" button to finalize the process. The new View will be created and displayed on the main page of the application.
