Description: The purpose of this article is to provide a detailed overview of the Reporting Settings section of Ooma Enterprise Advanced Analytics.
Advanced Analytics serves as the primary digital workspace for end-users involved in call analytics. Within this portal, users can access various tools and features to efficiently manage and supervise their call analytics.
Once you are within the "Settings" section of Advanced Analytics, navigate to the "Reporting"/"Settings" option in the newly introduced left-hand menu of the "Settings" section. Clicking on it will open the corresponding page.
There are seven fields that need to be configured here.
- Ignore short ringing calls: enabling this option allows you to ignore short ringing calls that have a duration below the specified value entered in the following field.
- Short ringing call threshold: this field is used for inputting the duration of ringing calls that will be categorized as short ringing.
- Ignore short answered calls: enabling this option allows you to ignore short answered calls that have a duration below the specified value entered in the following field.
- Short answered call threshold: this field is used for inputting the duration of answered calls that will be categorized as short answered.
- Local area codes: to allow the system to distinguish local calls, input a list of local area codes separated by commas in this field.
- Number of outbound lines: this setting should be configured with the maximum number of external lines that are available to use on the communications platform.
This value is then used to work out the "Trunk Percent Usage" statistics on the Trunk Usage reports.
- Duration group interval: this setting controls the interval used for Calls by Duration / Ring Time / Talk Time / Hold time reports.
