The Phone System App. Callflows Overview.

Description: The primary objective of this Section within the Phone System App is to create and configure call flows.



The Callflows Section, an integral part of the Phone System App, enables users to design and personalize call flows according to their specific needs. This functionality is particularly valuable for companies that need a versatile phone system capable of managing numerous calls, directing them to the appropriate team or representative, and providing a seamless call-handling experience for their clients. 


The Callflows Section consists of two elements: 

  • Table of Existing Call Flows: this table displays all call flows that involve the Seats created under your account. 

To modify an existing call flow, simply open its Configurator by clicking on the pencil icon.


  • Control Panel: within this panel, there are three components:  

  • The search bar: it enables you to locate a particular call flow in the Table of Existing Call Flows
  • Help: clicking on the icon with a question mark will open a brief guide consisting of four slides on what is a call flow

  • The "Add" button: when clicked, it initiates the creation of a new call flow
