How to create a new seat/extension

1. Go to the Ooma Enterprise Admin Portal and login using an administrator account, select the "Phone System" if prompted.


2. Click on Seats

3. Click on Add Seat

4. Choose the seat type you would like to build from the list

5. Enter the extension number you would like assigned to the seat

6. Type the users First Name

7. Type the users Last Name

8. Type the users Last Name

9. Type the users email address

Type the users email address



10. Enter the users voicemail PIN and confirm it

Enter the users voicemail PIN and confirm it



11. Click on Save to create the user!

Once saved, this will automatically create the device, voicemail and call flow that will be associated to the user with the extension you entered.
