Description: This it to help resolve an issue where a customer hears your voicemail greeting, but is unable to leave you a message and the system hangs up on the caller.
Steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the Ooma Enterprise Admin portal.
This must be completed in the Monster or Nemo admin portal and cannot be done in the Piston/Kazoo admin portal. Monster Admin Portal - https://manage.oomaenterprise.com Nemo Admin Portal (Currently Internal Access Only) - https://oemc.oomaenterprise.com
Step 2: Navigate to the "Seats" section of the portal.
Step 2: Find the seat (extension) in question
( in this case we are gonna be using extension 9990 for example.)
Step 3: Click on the extension.
Step 4: Then click on voicemail.
Step 5: Click on edit then navigate to advance options and click on it.
Step 6: Uncheck announce only-mode and hit save. This should rectify the issue.
