The Groups Section Overview

Description: The main purpose of this section is to display a list of Groups created within your account that are eligible for reconfiguration. Additionally, this section allows you to create new Groups.


Within this particular section, you possess the ability to create and manage Groups that are applicable to call flows. 

The reason for the existence of this section is due to the absence of an option to create Groups directly within the Callflow Section.



The Groups Section consists of three main interface elements:

  • The Search Bar: it is used to search a specific Group by either its name or by one of its endpoints (Seats or Devices assigned to the Group).


  • The Table of Existing Groups: it displays a comprehensive list of all the Groups ever created under your account

Clicking on the Pencil icon will open a new window displaying the configurable parameters of the selected Group.


  • The "Add Group" button: upon clicking this button, a new window will appear in the Main Space of the App, enabling you to set the parameters for a new Group.

The following article is focused on configuring a new Group that can be initiated by clicking on the "Add Group" button.
