Description: Here you can customize different contact information for your account.


The parameters given in this tab are divided into three sections: 

  • Account’s Music on Hold
  • Billing Contact
  • Technical Contact

Account’s Music on Hold  

By using this field, you can access a drop-down menu containing several music choices that can be played for callers who are put on hold. In order to view the drop-down list of music options, click on the downward-facing arrow located on the right-hand side of the field. By pressing the X symbol on the field's right-hand side, you can reset the previously chosen option to Default Music.


Billing Contact  

You can input the billing contact information for the person associated with the created account in this section. It is not mandatory to fill out these fields.


Technical Contact  

In this section, you can input the technical contact information for the person associated with the created account. If the contact information for the technical contact associated with the account matches the details specified in the billing section, you can simply select the checkbox. By selecting this option, the data from the corresponding fields in the previous section will be copied, and all other fields in this section will be disabled.


Once you have inputted data into the fields, do not forget to click on the "SAVE" button to apply the changes.

The Phone System App will display an icon of an exclamation mark within a green circle next to any fields that have been modified.

The Phone System App will notify you that leaving the page will result in the loss of any unsaved changes.
