The Phone System App. Account - Settings - Call Center Subtab

Modified on Wed, Oct 9 at 2:15 PM

Description: Here, you can set the number of missed calls that will trigger a logout.

The "Missed Calls Logout" function in phone systems automatically logs out a user after a specified number of missed calls. This feature is typically used in call centers or customer service environments where employees are required to be available to answer calls. If an employee misses a certain number of calls, the system will log them out to ensure that another available employee can handle incoming calls. This helps to improve overall call center efficiency and ensures that customers are not left waiting for extended periods of time.

In this subtab, there is only one field named "Missed Calls Logout."

The field for setting the number of missed calls is optional and can be customized based on the needs of your call center. You are free to input any reasonable number that fits your requirements.

The average number of missed calls to set for the "Missed Calls Logout" function can vary depending on the specific needs and requirements of a particular phone system or call center.

Once you have inputted data into the given field, do not forget to click on the "SAVE" button to apply the changes.

The Phone System App will display an icon of an exclamation mark within a green circle next to any fields that have been modified.

The Phone System App will notify you that leaving the page will result in the loss of any unsaved changes.
