Description: You would like to factory reset a Yealink device to re-provision it.
Resolution:
Step 1: Unplug the cable from the phone to remove power.
Step 2: Plug the power adapter and/or ethernet cable back in so the phone starts to power up.
Step 3: Hold down the OK or REDIAL (if Android phone) or Mute Indicator button until the message Reset to factory settings? appears.
Step 4: Press OK or Yes, depending on your model.
Step 5: The handset should now reboot, and will be factory reset once it has completed it's bootup cycle.
