Fresh updates are here! We have added support for new devices and fixed issues with provisioning, call disconnects, and intercom settings.

Fixes:  

  • Device Blocking Fix (Phoneprov-58): resolved an issue where a device could be blocked at the IP level despite having fewer than 10 unique file requests.
  • Grandstream HT814 ATA Fix (Phoneprov-75): fixed a bug that deactivated a customer’s profile.
  • Polycom VVX301 Intercom Fix (Phoneprov-65): fixed the “Ring then answer” mode for intercom configuration.
  • Polycom VVX301 Call Disconnect Fix (Phoneprov-64): resolved an issue preventing calls on the second configured line.
  • Grandstream Provisioning Fix (Phoneprov-60): fixed a configuration issue where Grandstream devices were not getting provisioned.
