The Phone System App. Account - Settings - Team Chat Enablement

Description: The primary purpose of this subtab is to enable the Team Chat feature for all the Seats created in your Ooma Enterprise account.


To turn the Team Chat feature on or off, simply toggle the switch with the corresponding name.


When this feature is enabled, the corresponding module will appear in the Desktop App for any Seat linked to your OE account.

If the feature is disabled, the system will notify you that the module will be removed from the OE Desktop App and all chats will be archived.


Once you have turned the feature on or off, do not forget to click on the "SAVE" button to apply the changes.
