Callflows. Advanced Actions Overview

Description: Here is where you can find the list of Advanced Actions that can be integrated into call flows

Once you create a new call flow, you can locate the Catalog of Actions on the Callflow Configurator's right-hand side.

This Catalog contains Actions that are categorized into 11 different groups, but in this article, we only examine a set of Actions that fall under the Advanced group of Actions.

There are 9 Actions in this Advanced group of Actions, and each will be presented separately in its appropriate article:

  • Manual Presence 
  • Group Pickup 
  • Park 
  • Webhook 
  • Check Voicemail 
  • Application Variables
