MeetVidi is simple to use with either desktop app or through most web browsers, no additional downloads or plugins required.
MeetVidi boasts plenty of powerful features, including:
- Meetings can be up to 4 hours long
- Up to 50 meeting participants
- Multiple user video sharing capability
- Share a single application, a single web tab, or your whole screen
- Set up personal, scheduled, recurring, and ad-hoc meetings
- Private and public in-meeting chat capability
- Host options, like muting all users, locked or password protected rooms, and ability to remove users
- Hosts can view participants’ connectivity status
- Calendar integration for iCal, Google, Yahoo, and Outlook
- Connect via a variety of methods: the Ooma Enterprise desktop app, a web browser on your desktop or mobile device, or by dialing in with a phone
