Description: In this user guide, you will find 3 ways how to find your Microsoft Tenant name.
Microsoft Tenant Name is Communicated to Ooma
As a step within the Microsoft Teams provisioning process, the Ooma system will establish a connection between your Microsoft Tenant instance and the Ooma Unified Communications service. To facilitate this connection, the provisioning team at Ooma requires information about your Microsoft Tenant Domain (which is the name ending with .onmicrosoft.com).
There are three main options how to find your Microsoft Tenant name:
- Office 365 Admin Center (if you have global admin rights)
- OneDrive for Business Service
- SharePoint Online Service
