Adding a New Seat. The Callflow Tab Overview

Description: The main purpose of this tab is to display the Call flow linked to the configured Seat.   

The Callflow Tab consists of two main interface elements: 

• The Active Call Flow: the displayed diagram represents the participation of the configured Seat in its own call flow. 

This simple call flow diagram only displays the links between elements you had set during the Seat creation process, such as the extension number, phone number, and voicemail box. 

As none of the elements in the diagram are currently active, it is not possible to make any modifications within this tab. 

• The action button: if you click on this button, you will be directed to the relevant page in the Callflow Section of the Phone System App. There, you can access the call flow configurator, which will open the same call flow from the Callflow Tab.
