Ooma Release Notes

Version 1.3.9 (August 7, 2025)

Overview:

It’s been some time since the previous release, and this update brings improvements to call flow configuration, emergency information display, feature code flexibility, and schedule visibility, alongside design updates and several bug fixes across media handling, codec settings, and ring group behavior.

Improvements:

  • Emergency Info Table Styling (Nemo-2499): updated the visual design of the Emergency Information Table in the Emergency Info module of the Phone System app.
  • Add Multiple DIDs to Callflow (Nemo-2571): improved assigning multiple DID numbers to the Main Callflow Block in new and existing call flows of the Phone System app.
  • Time of Day Info in Callflow Action Blocks (Nemo-2496): Time of Day action blocks now display selected schedule details, and affected Seat blocks show operational hours in their names.
  • Custom Feature Code Support (Nemo-2552): added support for using * in extensions when assigning custom feature codes to call queues.

Fixes:

  • Ring Group Timeout Logic (Nemo-2548): fixed an issue where calls in Ring Groups set to “In Order” did not proceed to the next user after the first user’s timeout.
  • Media Deletion Warning (Nemo-2578): fixed a problem in the Media module of the Phone System app where the warning dialog did not list all Seats and Queues using the media being deleted.

Removals:

  • Codec Tooltip Cleanup (Nemo-2585): removed all tooltips from audio codec fields in the Codecs tab of the Advanced Provisioner app’s device settings.
