Cellular Enablement

Description: The primary purpose of this subtab is to offer an interface for assigning a bridge number to your Ooma Enterprise account.


To enable cellular mode on your mobile app, assign a bridge number to your OE account.



To do so, click on the "Bridge Number" field to view the pool of available spare phone numbers for your OE account.


If the pool is empty or doesn’t have the desired number, you can purchase additional phone numbers by clicking the "Buy Number" button. The process for purchasing a number is the same as through the Numbers App and is detailed in this article.


To disable cellular mode, please contact the OE support team.


Once you have selected the bridge number, do not forget to click on the "SAVE" button to apply the changes.
