The Fax Box Tab. The Caller ID Section

Description: Here you have the option to configure the Caller ID Names and Numbers for the Fax Box associated with the newly created Seat.  

There are two main interface elements in this section: 

• The Delete Faxbox Panel  
• The list of parameters 

The Delete Faxbox Panel

This panel contains an action button:

• Delete Faxbox: by clicking on this button, you can delete the configured fax box. 

Upon pressing it, a pop-up window will appear, prompting you to confirm your decision to delete the fax box. 

The List of Parameters

There are four identification parameters that can be set here: 

• Caller ID: in this field, you will find a dropdown menu that shows all the Spare Numbers you have acquired through the Numbers App, including the number assigned to the configured Seat.  To set a Caller ID for this Fax Box, you should choose any of these numbers from the list.
• Caller Name: here you can set a Caller Name for the configured Fax Box.

While you have the option to enter a name of your choosing in this field, the default name that is used is "Kazoo Fax Printer".

• Fax Header: this is the information that is printed at the top of each fax page sent from the fax box. While you have the option to enter any information in this field, the default one is "Kazoo Fax Printer".
• Fax Identity: this field is used to input a phone number that will be printed on the fax. 

Once you have inputted data into the fields, do not forget to click the "SAVE" button to apply the changes.  

The Phone System App will display an icon of an exclamation mark within a green circle next to any fields that have been modified.

The Phone System App will notify you that leaving the page will result in the loss of any unsaved changes.
