If you are using the Ooma Enterprise desktop application and you need to shift focus to another program, a background thumbnail will automatically appear in the corner of your screen.
You can use the background thumbnail to do the following:
Mute and unmute your microphone
Toggle your camera on and off
Leave the meeting
If you don’t need the thumbnail, click 
to close it.[EG1]
