OE Biz Desktop App. Conference Feature

Description: This Feature offers access to an audio conference call that can host up to 10 participants.

When you access the Conference feature of the OE Biz Desktop App, you will encounter an interface that resembles the following screenshot.

In the main space of the app, you will find essential details about the audio conference you have access to. This includes the direct dial-in number, conference name, PIN (if set), and two action buttons:

• Copy: it allows you to easily copy the direct dial number to your clipboard, enabling you to share it with potential participants via any preferred method. 
• Call: clicking this button prompts a pop-up window with a keypad to appear above the app, presenting an interface similar to the one used in the "Make a Call" section of the app.

You can input the direct dial-in number using the keypad of the window or your keyboard. Alternatively, you can paste it from the clipboard if you have copied it earlier. Once you press the "Call" button, the call will be initiated.

Upon connection, you will hear a message: "Welcome to the conference! There is _ other participant in the conference. You are now joining the conference." The number of participants may vary depending on the actual number of people connected to the conference.
